Bass Air Conditioning Company has been involved in mechanical contracting since our inception in 1952, providing the heating and cooling needs of businesses across the Fayetteville and the Cumberland County area. Our expertise in design, consultation, installation and service has earned us an outstanding reputation in our area among our customers,state and local officials. Our focus on this segment is broad, ranging from small office and retail spaces to complex systems for schools, public buildings, manufacturing, commercial office and large retail spaces. The following photographs represent a small portion of completed and ongoing work in an attempt to inform the public of our capabilities.

The systems employed are very cutting edge technologies that can save the owner considerable dollars in operating costs.

Some examples of commercial systems we have installed are;

Greys Creek High School – This is an ICE GENERATION/STORAGE type system that uses lower operating costs during the evening hours to make ice. The ice is stored in large tanks which allow the school to use the ice for its air conditioning needs during normal school hours. Below are pictures of the storage tanks and chillers.

New Century Elementary School– This school is using a geothermal closed ground loop consisting of 320 vertical loop wells. This water is then circulated throughout the building to individual heat pumps for the building cooling and heating.  This is the first school to use geothermal for building climate control in Cumberland County.
Crown Arena and Theatre – This installation is a conventional four pipe climate control system consisting of boilers for heat and water chillers for cooling.	Garland Shirt Factory
